You can book each of our Escape Rooms via the booking form on our website or by phone. In both cases, you are asked to provide us with the following personal data:

When making a booking with payment via the Internet (via Przelewy24 or PayPal), we transfer the personal data provided by you in the booking form along with the associated booking number and payment ID to the appropriate payment service provider for the payment of the booking. If you have made a reservation for our Puzzle Room, you can request a file with an exported set of your personal data in our possession, including all of those provided by you. You also have the right to correct, change or rectify your personal data, request that we delete all of this data, request restriction of processing, object to their processing, request their transfer, and withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
